******Registration Policies******
One registration fee can only cover up to two papers only if he/she is the first author of both papers (Up to one paper could be covered for registration fee waived participants). If you have more than two papers, you have to pay additional registration fee. The observer rate only covers the registration fee for the conference and does not include changes for proceedings.
At least one author per paper must have registered by June 15, 2021. If you failed to register your paper before June 15, 2021, your paper will not be included in the conference program and proceedings.
One copy of proceedings in electronic format is included in the conference registration fee. No hard copy of the proceedings will be produced. Proceedings will be in electronic format only. You must be an Agro-Geoinformatics Member at the time of registration to receive the Member discount.
No invoices will be sent. Each attendee must register separately. The receipt will be provided thru email per author request. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate.
Refund policy: Processing fee $50 before June 15, 2021. No refunds after June 15, 2021. No refund for the observer rate.
