OWS-5 SOS

An SOS instance contributed to the OWS-5 testbed and served as the reference implementation to perform OGC CITE tests. The service passed the tests - it is compliant to the SOS 1.0 spec. The SOS serves weather data gathered by 4 weather stations located at different US airports.
