Searches the VONAPP VNP tables of electronically submitted claims and veteran requests to add a POA (21-22 forms). Updates appropriate data in VNP tables when a 21-22 form status has been updated by actions taken within SEP. Establishes a new POA relationship between a Veteran and a VSO Organization or Personal Representative.
