TSA Public Inquiry Data

All non-media public inquiries and complaints and responses to inquiries received by telephone, e-mail and fax, and handles contacts in English and Spanish. The data actively pursues the provision of accurate and consistent message through all contact channels. TCCv3 services include responding to customer requests for information on TSA rules, regulations and processes. This includes providing proper forms via multiple channels (email, Web, and postal mail)
