Staff count - Posts

This is the number of job positions in the Council. Some employees may have two or more positions, each part time. The data is sourced from the Council’s Human Resources system. Figures are taken at the end of each month, the beginning of each quarter and for an annual snapshot at the end of the financial year. It does not include schools.
