NASA ECHO Provider Service

ProviderService Used to create, update, and get information about providers. Providers are complex roles that contain contact information and preferences. A provider represents an entity that can provide services, data, or both. The creator of a provider is automatically given the provider role. A user with a provider role can then act on behalf of that provider to accomplish tasks such as fulfulling orders or granting the provider role to other users. A user may have multiple provider roles (only acting on behalf of one at a time).
