2016 SoE Heritage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984 applications and declarations 2010-11 to 2015-16

Annual numbers of applications made under the Commonwealth's 'Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act 1984' (ATSIHP Act) between 2011 and 2016. The applications are made under four different sections of that Act, numbers for three of the sections (9,10 and 12) are provided, plus the resulting number of declarations made.
